Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customerservice@lusanmandongus.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

• Merchandise must have all tags attached
• Items in their original conditions – must not be worn, washed, altered and must be clean, free of lint and hair.
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer.
• Returns may take approximately 3 weeks to process.

International tax, duties, charges and delivery refunds We are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery cost you may have paid.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
